Subscription Overview

Mail for Your Mind offers a recurring mail subscription that delivers curated physical mail and printed materials on a monthly basis. The contents of each mailing may vary.

Billing & Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled prior to the billing cutoff. By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Shipping Schedule

Mailings are shipped between the 15th and 18th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th will be included in the following month’s mailing cycle.

Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and are not guaranteed.

Address Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate mailing address. Address changes must be submitted before the monthly cutoff. Mail for Your Mind is not responsible for mail sent to outdated or incorrect addresses provided by the subscriber.

Lost or Damaged Mail

Once mail is handed off to the shipping carrier, Mail for Your Mind is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage. Replacement mail may be offered at our discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the monthly billing cutoff to avoid future charges. Due to the nature of subscription mailings, refunds are not provided for months that have already been processed or shipped.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials included in mailings are the intellectual property of Mail for Your Mind/Kelly Wynne and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mail for Your Mind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Illinois.

Mailers are prepared and shipped in monthly batches between the 15th and 18th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the following month’s mailing cycle.

This offering is centered around slow, intentional mail. While delivery timelines vary, we always aim to ensure you receive the content — one way or another. Due to postal variability, physical mail may occasionally be delayed or lost. When inventory allows, a replacement shipment may be sent. If a replacement is not available, a digital version of the content will be provided in place of the physical mail.

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:

• Billing and shipping address

• Details relating to your purchase

• Email address

• Name

• Phone number

We provide this information to Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us.  We also provide this information to the United States Postal Service so we can ship your order to you. You can read the privacy policy at USPS here.

Our payment processor, Squarespace, will also collect payment information from you.

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
