While a therapist runs Mail for Your Mind and encourages reflection on mental and physical health, this snail mail service is not a substitute for therapy. Subscribing does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
Mail for Your Mind is designed to be a fun, inspiring way to evaluate personal values and routines. It is not intended to mimic therapy. In case of a mental health emergency, please call 911, report to your local ER, or call 988.

Receive Mail for Your Mind physical mailer once a month. Each mailer includes:
1 Letter from Kelly (with insight from both the human and therapist sides of her brain)

Additional extra goodies, on-theme and designed for mindful self-care
Mailers are prepared and shipped in monthly batches between the 15th and 18th of each month. Orders placed after the 15th will begin with the following month’s mailing cycle.
